This dashboard was developed to provide accessible environmental and public health data for communities throughout the state of Illinois. Many neighborhoods across the state face challenges such as health conditions, environmental burdens, and socioeconomic hardships that intersect to the detriment of the residents’ health. The Illinois Community Health Dashboard helps communities to understand their own neighborhood conditions and inform their efforts to improve health and well-being.
