The SDOH & Place project culminated in Chicago, where fellows demonstrated web app solutions addressing social determinants of health.

We conducted a two-day Design Sprint at the Siebel Center for Design at UIUC, bringing together a diverse group of talented design students and seasoned design professionals, helping us ideate and prototype for Data Discovery.

In order to fill the gaps from our Spring 2024 cohort, we implemented an invite-only fellowship with staff members from community organizations. We taught them how to create web applications for their organization's purposes.

After years of development, we are finally ready to begin testing the SDOH & Place Project’s Data Discovery App!
